First Round Interview with Recruiter

This first conversation will be with our recruiter. It’s a chance for us to get to know you better, hear more about your experience, and also share insights about our team and the challenges we’re working on. Think of it as an open exchange rather than a test. 

Stage 4

Hiring Manager Interview

This will be a 1-hour conversation with the Hiring Manager – for example, an Engineering Manager, Senior Developer, or QA Lead who is part of the project. The meeting is designed to get to know your technical background and collaboration style, but also to give you the chance to ask questions and better understand the role and team. Think of it as a two-way discussion where we explore how we can be a good match for each other.
